What This Page Covers

Farmington Real Estate Agent runs this website to explain how we help people sell a property, settle an inherited or probate house, handle a sale during a divorce, or buy a place in Farmington, CA. The site is informational. It has no forms, no accounts and no online booking. The only way to reach us is by phone, so this policy is short and covers the two places information can come from: the site itself and your call.

What the Website Records Automatically

Like nearly every website, ours runs on a server that keeps ordinary logs. A log entry usually holds the IP address of the device that made the request, the browser type, the page requested and the time. These records exist so the site can load, recover from errors and be protected from abuse.

We do not use these logs to work out who you are, and we do not combine them with anything you tell us on a call.

Cookies and Basic Analytics

The site may set small cookies for basic analytics, such as counting visits and seeing which pages get read. That tells us whether a page answers the questions people actually have. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings, and the site will still work.

What You Share by Phone

When you call, you decide what to tell us. That might be your name, a callback number, a property address, the situation behind the sale, or details about an estate or a divorce. We use it to answer your questions and, if you choose to work with us, to do that work. If we photograph a property while working with you, those photos are used to document the job and are not posted publicly without your permission.

Who Else Sees It

We do not sell personal information. We share details only when the work requires it and you have agreed to that work, for example with an escrow or title company handling a sale, or when the law requires us to disclose something.

Changes to This Policy

If the way this site works changes, such as adding a new analytics tool, we will update this page. The current version is always the one posted here.

Questions About Your Information

If you want to ask what we hold about you or have something corrected, talk it through with us at (209) 396-8656 and we will explain what we have and what we can change.
